Yes, I DO know. And as I said multiple times already: that statement is false. Abstinence makes the testosterone level plummet. Ie: go DOWN.@londonballer if you knew about the science of masturbation for men then you would know that abstaining from frequent ejaculation raises testosterone in men which is a good thing.
If a guy has a healthy, age-appropriate ejaculation frequency, the first few days of abstinence sees a moderate increase, because the body hasn’t ‘caught on’ to the fact that the ejaculation frequency has gone down. But after a few days, it nosedives. Abstinence has a strong negative effect on hormone levels (and fertility, and sperm quality), and causes myriad other ailments.
In fact, we see a lot of couples with problems conceiving, and while there are many contributing factors, you’ll often see that when ejaculate quality is an issue, that those men have some cultural or religious reticence to masturbate. One of the first non-interventional measures we take, is encourage the man to take matters in their own hands far more frequently, so to speak.
Frequent ejaculation does NOT ‘use up’ testosterone, it actually stimulates hormone production because it signals the body that that particular mechanism is in demand.
It works exactly the same way as every other biological process: if there;s a more frequent stimulus, the process is UPregulated. Works that way with metabolism, bloodflow, anabolic muscle growth and with hormones, too.
