When I was a young pup, I was mostly only interested in older men:
At 15 my first real lover was 42. I pursued him aggressively and I lied to him about my age until I turned 18; and then he broke it off with me because I had lied to him all along and put him in jeopardy :frown1::frown1: (he was a teacher, at a school I did not attend).

Plus it seems that those who are older than me leapfrog over me by 20 or so years and want boys (teens or 20s). So i've learned to expand my tastes a bit. 18 to @ 55 is what seems to be working for now.
