I'm middle of purple. on any given day my circumference is 6.5 inches along the whole shaft. now depending on the hardness of the erection and level of excitement it's anywhere from just under 8 inches to just under 9 inches long. both ways its purple. yeah! no pumped it is in the whote zone, but thats not natural so I don't count that, but nice to get there.

What's with all this math? Besides which circumference do you use if you're not the same girth the whole length of the shaft?


Volume displacement is so much easier.

1. Find a container that will completely cover your dick. (A Pringles can should suffice for most)
2. Fill the container to the top with water.
3. Pour the water into a measuring cup(s) to determine how much water it holds.
4. Refill container with water. (You'll want it warm this time)
5. Place erect penis in water filled container thus displacing volume of water equal to that of your dick.
6. Pour water remaining in container into measureing cup(s) to determine volume of water not displaced by your cock.
7. Subtract volume of water remaining from the total volume of water the container originally held, and voila, the volume of your dick with just one simple math application.

Not really it only takes a little over 7 x 6 to hit purple. which really isn't that big. being 7.5 x 6.5 puts me comfortably in the middle of the purple zone.

oddly enough I'd actually hit the border between the yellow and green zone totally soft... girth does have it's benefiets.

I was going to ask whether you'd had any method to the color-coding. I would have guessed that each band of color would be maybe a couple standard deviations wide.

The largest objective (i.e. not self-measured) study only seems to have sampled about 300 men. I don't know if that's enough, but I suspect it's close. Wikipedia has a good article on penis size ( Human penis size - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ) that bears out your suspicions as to who's an "outlier" and includes results from and a link to the study I'm talking about.

Well even though I didn't have data in front of me, I did put alot of thought into where all the lines should go. The first three lines I put in were the dotted line, the one above it and the one below it. Those came from the other guy's graph because he showed an "average range" and based on my experiences I agreed with him. After that I decided to choose 15 ci as the next line based on the fact that I think most respectable pornstars fall in this range. The purple region was originally supposed to be much smaller (up to 25 ci) but I extended it because I figured too many liars would say they were in the white. But I didn't want to take it too far because I wanted to leave room for a separate region for people like Shane Diesel and Mandingo.

I made the orange region to separate the moderately small penis' with the extremely small, and I figured it based on the fact that it is close to as wide as the yellow and green sections. Nothing scientific there.

But yeah, I would love to have real and accurate data (which I honestly doubt exists anywhere) so that I can put the lines exactly where they should go - at each standard deviation. But at least for the time being I could be happy knowing that my "average" (dotted) line is probably right where it belongs. I'm going to check out that Wiki article.
