Here a review of the extender "phallosan"

It originate from Germany, and use a suction cup to grab the head of the penis and pull it via a belt that pass around the waist.

It about the same price as a "size genetic" (349.95$)
The buying process was good enough, they have a special, they give 3 extra "condom" free of charge that they send in a subsequent mailing.
I waited 3 open days before confirming my order and it took 7 days to receive it.
When you receive the package, it come with
- 3 "bell" (1x small, 1X medium, 1X large).
- 3 "condom" (1x small, 1X medium, 1X large).
- 1 small pump
- 1 tension holder
- 1 belt with cushion donut
- 1 DVD (that contain 1 video in 13 languages + 1 PDF manual)
- 1 Paper manual
- 1 paper girth measurement disk.
- 1 cap protector for first user
WARNING: The box come wrapped in wrapping plastic and there is a other wrapping plastic that cover the parts. If you open the box it ok, but if you unwrap the plastic that cover the parts, it void the 14 days returning policy.
I started by viewing the video and reading the manual. Give a lot of information and the procedure seem easy.
They insist on the "go slow" and no more the 1 hour for the first time. So I did follow the procedure. Measure myself with the paper size template find out I was good for the “large bell”.

So the principle behind this device is to put a plastic bell over the gland of the penis, seal it with a silicon condom over half of the length of the dick had a small pump on the bell and suck the air and pump the gland. The head of the penis became a bottom neck, which you strap to a belt around the waist with tension. They patented that principle so they have the only device that can use suction and tension over the waist.

On my first try with the phallosan device was ok… but I really hate the condom part. It made of silicone to reduce allergies and is very thin, it about 0.3mm tick and I have to stretch it over my dick. They recommend rolling it over the bell before inserting the head. Must I tell you rolling it were not easy and they insist that you cut your nails.

In my case, I use my nails every day for my work and it out of question that I cut them. So I manage to roll the condom in place, the suction is made and it fell very comfy. They offer a small cap protector that you put over your gland to minimize the suction tension on the gland, but it optional.
In fact it VERY comfortable, they recommend to wear it 8 to 10h/day and I must say it easy to work those hours, writing this, it been 13h and I could go for longer.
So 1h after my first try, I had to go to pee, going to the restroom is tedious, it take about 10min each time, unwrapping, be careful to not rip the condom, cleaning everything, and putting back the condom. I had the unfortunate experience of ripping my condom on my first go “nails, you know” I was very disappointed. Did some research and find an open forum at peGym on phallosan support. Julian over there is the staff consultant for phallosan USA division. He open up that forum to answers all questions regarding phallosan, and he’s very good, they are up 600 posts. Did a quick PM and he agree to send me a replacement and my 3 extra condoms.

Oh by the way, for the 3 extra you need to figure out what condom you use and send phallosan a request for the 3 extra “sleeve condom” no shipping charge.

During that time, I did try to put the medium sleeve over the large bell, so I don’t have to wait 2 more weeks before using my phallosan. Now it been 1 week, and doing at least 12h/day.
The tension with this device is ok but not that strong. The tension device got 3 levels (green, yellow, red) they estimate that the green offer about 0.88lb to 1.88lb, yellow 2.43lb to 3.31lb, red 4.41 to 6.41lb. Anyway they strongly recommend using moderated tension. More tension doesn’t equal to more grow.
I do feel the tension, and the fact that the belt is around the waist, it doesn’t move that much. So yeah the tension is not controlled and do change a bit during the day, in fact after 3 days the mechanics of the tension device started to make some noise form moving around and it pretty annoying. It does loose suction too during the day depending if the dick is completely flaccid.
At my fourth day, my medium sleeve ripped open just by rolling it (nails!). I checked if it was normal, at the pegym forum, and they say that a sleeve should be usable for 3 months and it cost 26$+ shipping to order some more You have to understand that you going to manipulate the sleeve at least 5x/day. 3 months seem to me a bit far fetch, but some seem to do just fine.

Cool. Thanks for the info. I was thinking about ordering the Vimax extender. It's a cheaper knock off of Sizegenetics. From what I read in your post, I'm not sure if I could afford the extras every time it broke down. I really like the Phallosan's concept. German engineering has been outstanding over the years.

Don't get me wrong, the phallosan is really the best extender you can buy!

Phallosan is the only extender that you can actualy wear all day and all night.
It's actualy increase sensibility of the gland
It's apply suction to the head and make it bigger!

I really love the thing, and I did find replacement for the costy sleeve for under 2$
There are small and easy solution for the small inconvenience.

Sorry about the late repost of my tips and solutions, I was waiting for my new solution to get in the mail, but I will do without and just suggest it.

So Here are my advices :

1) you can mismatch size sleeve with different bell size, like use the small sleeve with the medium bell to get better fit.
2) you can put baby powder on the condom to protect it that way it last longer.

4) dont put too much pression STAY IN THE GREEN, phallosan report that the most of the peoples that didn't report grow was because they put to much pression at the start.
5) to have better suction get in the bell half erect.
6) use the cap protector to reduce edema swell and injuries.
7) alternate the strap side during the day.
8) if you got sore because of the donuts, pass the donuts behind the balls sac.
9) to lesser the movement of the tension device, move the strap higher.
10) You can sleep with it, but I really dont recommand it, because you dont feel what it going on during the night and it need only one time to be fatal. But phallosan stat that it safe. Be your own juge.
11) The gland dont need to be fully under pression to make the extender work, the condom do most of the pulling tension.
12) make sure that you remove all the pee in your dick before putting it back on. Pee tendent to infiltrate the pump mechanism and block it.
13) Never use cream or liquid in the bell suction. it going to infiltrate the pump and block it.
14) the more time you pass in it the better.
15) drink less, and drink less cafe! cafe augment stress and stress reduce libido, less libido thinner the blood flow, so the penis get too flaccid and you lose suction in the cup.

So that it for my advice, next time, I give solution for the cons

So yeah after a month of use here are my solutions:

---- Sleeve break easily
Now I use regular condom to replace the sleeve, I try to buy the thickest one's
Here a link to find thick condom Thick condoms. Try to buy the same size you buy normally.

For me (and my nails) a phallosan sleeve is good for 3 weeks. A regular condom last me 1 to 2 days top. so try to buy in pack, it still cheaper, then a sleeve, a sleeve cost 27$ + 25$ shipping. A condom cost me less then 1$ at a local store.

But keep in mind that a sleeve is made of silicone (no allergic reaction) a condom is made of latex and can cause some irritation. The condom you need to modify it, cut the head, clean the lubricant, tape the condom to the bell, etc.

So I did go to the dollars store and brought some tools and made myself my phallosan kit. So I suggest : a pencil case big enough to contain everything, scissor to cut the condom head, electric tape, a elastic band for sewing (explain later) and Velcro band.

In the Pegym forum, a guy suggested to buy online "VacExtender/VacADS/Modified
Small Hard Sleeve (qty 2)" for (20$ + 26$ shipping) and cut them in two to give you 4 sleeve at this site: Penis Stretcher Products & Natural Penis Enlargement without Pills

I didn't try those but it got the advantage to be in silicone and more durable.

I made myself a strap with the Velcro and elastic band brought at the dollars store here a picture : elastic - HostingPics.net - Hébergement d'images gratuit
I use that to seal the condom on the shaft, the elastic band stretch if the penis harden. I did the sewing with a machine, but can be done by hand.

If you use the condom in replacement of the sleeve don't forget to tape the condom to the bell.

I included my phallosan in my routine and I use the phallosan just after my morning bathmate session. So my head is already pumped to the max, at this point, my head is as big as the big bell, and make a perfect seal in the bell. With this technic, I don't lose suction and carry on all day.

Well what can I say, it get easier with practice, now take me more or less about 5 mins

Now you got 2 more choices, one that cost less then 1$/day but need some manipulation. or modified silicone tube for 12$/each for I don't know how long.

Easy to fix, just shoot a small dose of "DW40" in the spring mechanical.

- tension not equal (but can be adjusted and low tension for long-time is recommended)

They suggest to wear the belt higher on the hips. less movements, but for me the tension is not a major factor, you just need some minimum tension to get going.

Try to place your penis stretched to the max when you clip it to the belt and pull back the tension to the donut so that all the tension is on the penis. Since the penis is wrap up around the hips, the skin to skin contact block the tension exercise so you really need to place the penis stretched when putting the belt.

I just recently started to pull hard on the bell/head during driving time. What I do is pull out my dick and keep as much tension that I can by pulling my dick by the bell with one hand during driving time (in traffic). With this technic I can get about 1h/day of hard stretching similar to weight hanging.

For those who are more manual : I'm trying to make one by cutting valve part of the bell I'm not using and glue it to a plastic bottle. Come back to you guy, when I made one.

When using for a while, a lot of condensation is made in the bell during the day. In fact the head sweat a lot, and get wrinkle with time. Try using vitamin E cream during "off time", I suggest "palmer's coca butter formula" It a skin firming lotion that my wife had for her pregnancy.

For my part, it only been 1 month, and I been doing Pe for 1year and 1/2, so my newbie gain are long pass. I say I gain 1/8" since using phallosan. But need more time.

Phallosan is a new device, it been 5 years in the market but only 1 year for it new design and it a totally new concept. You be lucky to find someone who been using it for a year.

Average gains from Clinical trial after 6 Month/36 Patients:

Length flaccid: 3,7 cm
Girth Flaccid: 1,4 cm

They say that they can't say for hard gain since it a "clinical" trial and can't ask for a boner in front of the doctor.

Julian itself tested it, on and off during 6 months and reported about 2 cm in lenght and didn't mention for the girth.

Hi, Here some news from my experience with Phallosan. After 2 months of use I will completly STOP using Phallosan.

After some injuries. Here what happen :

3 weeks ago, I had to stop for a week my PE exercise because of a work trip.

When I start back, I just gone back to my routine where I left it. Bad decision, as many times I did the same fucking error, I sometime do it again and again. Never learn ! ALWAYS START BACK SLOWER. If I can give a advice it would be it.

I did'nt feel like going back in it, but I push myself just trying too not loose the momentum. So did my jelqing as usual and my bathmate to be hard and big before putting my Phallosan. I had good suction all morning. After 2 hours in it, I got to the washroom and find out that my gland has a big water blister. I immediately stoped everything. I did'nt puncture the bubble because I wanted it to heal faster. Let me say that before finding my blister gland, I had no feeling at all that there where something wrong. When under pressure, sensation decrease a little. I was still filling the bell to the max, but like I said, My dick was'nt into it that morning.

That show me that under pressure device should ALWAYS STAY UNDER OBSERVATION!

Now 2 weeks later, My dick is fine, the blister is gone, but still left a small scar. I mean it not big or troublesome, It just bumpy and pinker there.

So yeah, I'm completly stoping phallosan use, It not that it a bad device, It just that I'm doing PE to keep in shape and adding a bit extra, I dont really need it. So I wont risk injuries for that.

In the end, Phallosan give me 1/8" in one month 1/2. I'm still saying that the phallosan is a good device. It better then all other extender. You always risking injuries when using devices, Because you dont have total control over the force apply. It the same thing for bathmate and other extender.

So I will still recommand Phallosan, but now with regard to what I experimented, I say phallosan is for peoples that really need to grow there dick, When reaching the big bell, too much pressure is apply and I dont recommand it to people like myself that do PE for the pleasure.

That was 4 weeks ago and I still have not received my item! I have sent many emails to their customer support over those 4 weeks and have only received one reply to my first email asking me to confirm my address. All the others have been totally ignored leaving me to waste my time chasing their courier and pointless trips to my Post Office to try and find out for myself what has happened to my item!!!

To this date I still have no idea what is going on and now have had to open a claim through PayPal to try and get my £250 back.

So "buyer beware" as their customer service is abysmal especially as they advertise this as a medical device. I cannot see any clinic or hospital putting up with a total lack of customer support!

Anyone else had a similar experience?

I can chime in- I bought the phallosan forte because of the good reviews. It has replaced my extender, and I wear it mostly while sleeping.

Its super comfortable and easy to put on. I made a video of me putting it on so you can see it only takes like 20 seconds. (I had to link out to the image on gfycat because it was to big to uplaod here)

The packaging is pretty shitty though, it's like thin cardboard. But to be able to stretch all night without any pain or pinching its worth it to me. Hope that helped a little bit
