I'm 20 and I still get an erection while I am sleeping. I go away a lot to play rugby and i usually have to share a room with other team members. Many times I get hard, especially in the mornings. It is funny when it happens to me and also embarrassing. The only thing that stops it is if I jerk off before sleeping but sometimes its difficult to do because I am sharing a bathroom.

As a suggestion... rather than feel embarrassed when others see it, just jokingly say, "I gotta go take care of this" as you're walking to the bathroom. You'll be surprised how quickly it all becomes a non-issue! Remember, you're not the only guy dealing with a boner, they're trying to hide theirs also! My suggestion; take the lead! and then come back and tell us about it.
