Dr. Rock, if you don't think their is a difference between being pulled over and arrested for DUI, and actually doing it, then you're stupid as you look in your avatar. The officer witnessed him doing it, and is trained in determining when a person is impaired. Based on that determination he had probable cause to arrest. This dickbag was also probably brought before a Magistrate to determine probable cause as a means of checks and balances on the officer. Saying 9 out of 10 humans will abuse authority within 15 seconds just goes to show how little you know about a group of extraordinary people like police officers. You should stop trying to justify his drunk driving by making overexaggerated, emotional statements. Saying he didn't cause a 3 mile pile-up or run over an old lady doesn't make it okay. The police officer arrested him before he could do any of that apparently. I've got an idea, why don't you crawl back under the "Dr. Rock" you came from. Massivepkgo_Chuck, it's hard to know where to begin with you, honestly. You are as dumb as your user name. All supects who are arrested are groped, to an extent. It's part of being searched. He was hauled off (although it was more like driven) to the police station because he was arrested. But you have a family full of cops (HAHA) so you already knew that, right? Strip Searches are conducted between the arrestee and a single officer, unless the suspect is uncooperative. Assuming he was cooperative, their would only be one officer who saw him naked, and that would have been in a private area. So while saying he was forced to strip naked in front of everyone and humiliated is good for dramatic effect to these other morons here, it's not logical and therefore doesn't mean shit. Once again your mouth is getting the best of your brain. I never said groping a suspect's penis (for 9 seconds) isn't wrong. I said I don't believe this person's story, and I also described what would typically take place in a search incident to arrest. This guy is obviously a whiny, bitter little bastard, and needs to grow up, take responsiblity for his actions, and stop coming to liberal, on-line message boards for sympathy.
