I enjoy pumping up. 7”x6” are decent stats. I now use a red light/infrared heating pad for 20 minutes per session to aid expansion. This is after 1 hour at low pressure. More size is the goal. Been pumping off and on for 10ish years now.

Be careful, they can cause major yeast infections in men in the groin area, I know a friend was using one and before he even knew what was going on he was in trouble, went to the Doc and first diagnosis was genital herpes and received treatment and was tested, buy the time the test came back negative he was in serious trouble, 6 weeks of blisters, major rash, pimple like bumps, he had a hell of a time and after 6 weeks was still out of commission, it took hindsight to put it all togetherThe infrared light is an interesting tool. There is good research behind its use in aiding workout recovery and specifically promoting the production of fibroblasts (replenishing collagen and elastin levels in our skin).
I bought one for knees and wrap it around the tube while pumping but I’m always pumping in a fucking hurry so I constantly forget to use it.
