Public nudity

The 1st photo shows everyone wearing cold weather clothing. I'm surprised the guy in the photo doesn't have a cold temperature shriveled penis. Maybe that's his smallest size and his penis doesn't get any smaller.

I posted some replies to this above. I mentioned that I'd seen him and his friends having fun and boned up in London And Brighton WNBRs but I couldn't find the pictures. Anyway, I spotted them the other day so I'll post them. I realise that they wont be super interesting to you but other people seemed to be interested.

That is what I always have said. Almost all of my friends are uncut. I never saw a cut dick until I was in College. I had heard of dicks being cut. I knew what they looked like from pictures. I have seen uncut men in every locker room etc that I have used.
I always pull my foreskin back when I shower at the gym. Usually I pull it back when I’m at the locker and pull it back down there too.

I’m a uncut American and I’m finding more and more are uncut than I ever thought.
When I was growing up in the Northeast almost everyone was cut and remember in HS I saw an uncut guy and had a double take. Now it has change a lot and seems to be many more uncut including many younger family members as well. Wonder how I would be if I had a choice,,,

If there was a big enough move away from RIC then it might become embarrassing to be cut. That might make up your mind.

No a bare head is not the reason guys in the US are shy about being nude. This shyness only developed in recent years. I remember it wasn't long ago when can guys all showered in open showers and didn't wear underwear while showering or do the towel dance. Most of those guys were circumcised too.
I don't know what happened in those intervening years to the present that created that shyness. Something changed in America to cause that shyness. But several years ago before the YMCA became co-ed, guys used to swim nude at the YMCA. Go figure. But a bare glans had nothing to do with it, since the majority of American men were circumcised
I’d wager it has to do with the acceptance of homosexuality. Obv this isn’t me condemning it, but most men probably took solace in the fact that they thought the majority of other men had no desire for their flesh and now the specter of the gay looms in gyms the world over. This isn’t to say there wasn’t homosexual behavior in the past, but now that it is socially unacceptable to marginalize homosexuality, openness to nudity has become laden with that specter. All speculation, but if anyone knows your average straight guy, it makes sense.

I think it has more to do with the proliferation of cellphones in the locker rooms. How many times do you see someone sitting in front of a locker checking the phone? People might think he could just as easily be taking pictures of naked men and posting them.

also very true, but I think this is a phenomenon that was happening before the proliferation of cell phones.

I agree. Before the 90's, most men had no qualms about being naked in the lockerrooms I was in. They would stand around naked and just talk, sit in the steamroom naked, etc. There was no problem. Suddenly, many of the same ones who were naked started doing the towel dance. They went from "you are queer if you don't get naked" to "if you are naked you must be queer". All at the same time. Few had cell phones at this time where I live.
