Just got mine in the mail. I really want to study the effects of this stuff closely, so I'll try to be specific with my daily details.
I'm taking all reccomended doses of everything I take, those things being:
Swanson Pygeum
Swanson Saw Palmetto,
GNC fish oil,
GNC Mens Energy Multi vit/min,
NOW Horny Goat Weed extract,
GNC Herbals Green Tea Complex.
I've been taking the fish oil, goat weed, green tea and vit/min for months and that does seem to increase my load and general virility. I just started adding the goat weed, pygeum and saw palmetto today so I will keep track. Also drinking roughly a gallon of water a day (I'm 5'9" 195lbs) Working out for an hour five times a week doing mostly strength training weight lifting but some cardio weightlifting too. I usually jerk off once or twice a day, usually no more than that, and sometimes as little as once every three days. I do have sex about 2-3 times a week as well, when the girlfriend is in the mood.
With all that being said, I'll keep track of any changes I feel at all, and get back to you guys. Also, have any of you tried a ZMA sleep aid such as Kaizen PM? I got it a while back for sleep aid and also for muscle recovery, but a lot of reviewers said it gave them really hot and sexual dreams, as well as lots of wet dreams, too...But it never worked for me. Made me restless and never did anything for me sexually. I never want to overload my system with supplements, whether natural or not, and prefer geting my nutrients from food...but if all of this stuff works together in the same way, it'd be hard to resist!
