Saw him once in Malibu.He was with Ryan Seacrest.Odd couple huh? They were in a shop there called Planet Blue looking at candles.Hes cute,but I thought ryan was hotter in person.

If the rumors about Ryan and Rob are true, than it seems far from odd that they shop for candles together!
