Runners?

Some guys go running near Snaresbrook Woods, where there is a big open parkland. Some of them deliberately jog through the cruisy bit, where I like to hang out, and I have had quite a bit of fun with guys in their running shorts or joggers, giving them a bit of relief before they go home and shower. Some very hot guys!img_32181.jpg

For me the hardest part of the treadmill is the non changing scenery. It so blah and never ending. Id guess its a mindset thing. I applaud anyone who can run on them. I can only do it once in a while.
Yeah hear ya there. Thankfully the treadmills I usually use are in condo complex that overlooks the pool/outdoor area. It's at least well landscaped and nice area...with the occasional pleasant bikini view lol, albeit at a distance). But yeah, a treadmill facing a concrete wall is boring indeed, especially if there's no screen or TV to at least distract.

How did you guys get through winter? I didnt run a lot in january and february (30 k a month). Building up in march now. Last weekend was my first run in shorts and shirt only again :D
I’ve been doing a lot of out & back runs, Inly had to use the treadmill at the gym 4 times. I went trail jogging 3-4 times with a few slippery muddy areas. Beginning in January Coyote Creek Bike trail floods . Hellyer Park gets boxed in the 101 freeway overpass & the bridge to the velodrome.
From the Silver Creek Staging Area, SE 4.5 miles it’s flooded , so I do my once a week long run; NW it floods about 1.55 mi from the parking lot but it’s just over 5K distance. SE is upslope, NW is downslope. NW winds on fair days, SW/SE winds on cloudy stormy days. The other day I did a PR 10K avg 10min miles. 15mph tail wind helps
Parts of trails up in the hills tend to get thrashed with mountain bike tire ruts in the muddy areas, so I just stop & walk so I don’t twist my ankle.
Back in January & February I was wearing cold weather & rain gear
Started wearing shorts & t-shirt again last week

I'm running more outdoors now that the weather has been milder. I did some treadmill running during the coldest times where the snow just made it too difficult or messy to deal with. I also got sidetracked for a while in December and early January with COVID.
Had a great run along the river on a very milder day earlier this week, and only needed a running shirt and shorts. It was great to see so many others out running, and the ice melting along the shore. The pathway was clear and dry.
Now today's forecast is cold and for snow.
I really enjoy just being able to head out the door soon without overthinking how many layers I need to wear to stay warm or dry.
My runs have been relatively short; 6k to 8k, but I plan to start back to longer runs now on the weekends, as I need to build my endurance back for going longer distances.

Been trying to get back in shape to counter all the holiday feasting, so I started back running about 2 weeks ago. Since I only wear my unlined white running shorts and running shoes, I've been doing dawn runs, when there is less chance of being noticed. Since I love to go commando and work up a sweat, the early morning showers also help to make my shorts almost transparent by the time I am heading back from the four mile trek thru the streets and a park.

This past week, I ran into a guy that lives about a block away, a Navy LT who is usually wearing only a pair of light blue "marine panties" and joggers. So we've managed to keep up on the same route a few times, and I can't help but notice his shorts are as soaked as mine after a few miles. So it's difficult not to have either of us notice the semis pushing out of the thin shorts material for the last part of the run. This guy is solidly built and has a few tattoos that I find intriguing, including one that peeks out of the waistband of his shorts.

After the last run this morning, I mentioned to him that I usually hop into the hot tub on my deck to soothe my muscles, and that he's free to join me if interested. Matt (his name) said he often times just cleans up, and rides into work with his roommate to the base, but that he would consider it on a day off, should be we on the run together. Yea, motivation to keep up my running.
Did he ever take you up on your offer haha

Yes, he did about two weeks later, but kept his shorts on in the hot tub, even though I took mine off. After a few uncomfortable moments, he jumped out of the tub, and said he had to go. His full hard on said otherwise, but he apparently had "cold feet" without even having close contact. Guess he wasn't ready, and I haven't seen him on my morning runs lately.

I wouldve liked a picture of that!

How are you guys doing? It's been a bit of an off year so far for me, still running twice a week but it's all a bit less than other years. I used to do 70-80km a month, sometimes a 100 or more. This year it's more like 50-60 with the occasional 75. Not sure what it is but i seem to have some trouble motivating myself, i go for a stroll more often than a run. Any tips on how to get motivated? If only there were more hot guys running in my neighbourhood:D

It's quiet here guys :D
I started the New Year with new running shoes and so far things are going well again. I made myself run in the dark again in december (which really is a threshold for me) and I go more regularly now. Did 75k in december and so far over 40 in january (and adding another 10 to 15 km today).

Any goals for this year? Or do you guys want to show off your new gear? :D I bought new shoes for the new year :)

Could have been a cock teaser. I had a similar experience. I ran the same bit of woods and I would always see this one guy, always a smile, and he was always wearing minimal kit. Wet days and we'd both be soaked and everything on show in routine. We got to running together, a few times hands touched. After we'd go back to our cars and dry off. I always made a pint of stripping right off and I knew he always had a good look. However he always made sure I only saw his ass. One day as I was drying off naked he came behind me, arms round me and pulled me in. His erection fitted my bum crack He humped my bum crack till he shot his load while tossing me off. He didn't say a word.
I never saw him gain on that run.

I knew you were Brit from three words: Kit, bum, and tossing.

Update: it's been going very well this year :)
Did over 100 km in February and probably going to do that as well in March. I lost 5-6 kgs since beginning of december and it makes me keep a better pace more easily :)
