Any daily runners here. I run every day. Sport short, thongs and tank. What do you wear.

I have been heavy most of my life. Chubby kod with 3 older fir brothers sucked. Now a dad trying to set good example for my son. Plus my 86 ye old dad makes me look bad. Lol. Hes in great shape.

I also use it as a way to decompress.

I ran almost every day for 25 years but foot problems put an end to that 9 years ago. I wore compression shorts in the summer and tights in the colder weather. Mostly commando but sometimes a thong underneath. I usually wore a t-shirt because I’d use the sleeves to wipe the sweat from my face. To be honest, I got a bit of a charge from seeing people checking out my package while running at the park.

There is a run streak club. I had almost 2yrs when covid got me. I am back at it from the start of the year.
I cant figure out how you guys go commando. I end up chafing my ball and head that way. Maybe it my shorts. I run at least 3.1 a day sometimes further.

When I wore shorts I would chafe so that’s why I went with compression. The Lycra held everything in place without squeezing too much.

Ran all the time once. Not so much, hardly anymore. If someone is still running at 86, all I can say is that they can't have worked a physical occupation in their lifetime.
Absolutely, i worked building houses for years. Now a welder. Just recently became a high school teacher. Tough on the body. But seems like running helps

My wife is not ok with letting me out the door in lyca shirts. Lol. I do have the running tight for the winter even then i would chafe some. So i have always worn a thong

If I had what you have between your legs, I don’t think I would have the courage to wear compression shorts around other people. A lot of my running was on quiet back roads so I could have been naked and no one would have noticed.

I run 2-3 times a week :) In winter I wear long tights, in summer I alternate between shorts and short tights. I always wear a regular running shirt, sometimes with an extra layer with long sleeves when it's cold. I have Brooks running shoes currently.

I kinda live in the stick. But we do have traffic. Running naked would be fun. Lol

I have been trying to find a good shoe. My favorite so far was some nikes. I pronate when i run so i always wear out the outer edge of my sneaker.

I tried many different shoes in a specialised running store. Different brands, different models. I have been running with insoles for a while because I kept getting injuries but with the right shoes it's going a lot better the last couple of years.

I did try some altras they were great and ran b
Marathons in them. But they wore out fast and got really expensive

I run three or four times a week, usually 5 or 6k, occasionally I make 10k. I wear tight lycra shorts commando. If I'm at the gym I wear a longer tank top which covers some of the bulge (and stops my gym m/ship from being cancelled!). If I'm out on the street, then a shorter tank or topless. I enjoy the looks from other runners. Shoe wise I always come back to Asics, they are a wider fit and don't pinch toes.

Jock, shorts and a T-shirt. Jock holds my tackle so it doesn't fall out of the shorts, shorts not too tight and loose T-shirt to le ventilation - that's if it's serious running!
For attention-seeking its a sports jock, tight short silk shorts with side slits and body-hugging top
