I heard Jake's work issued a statement then deleted it. I'm sure Sam is going to have several interesting calls today as it's the first business day back.

I really don't see how any brand would be sponsoring him at least for a while. He's just one of the many basic gay influencer, and the brands can easily choose another with similar followings but without the blowback. He's not big enough to be difficult to replace.

been silently watching this thread for a while so it’s time to spill: unfortunately I went to U of I for undergrad with Sam, Jake, and Bryce Austell.
Jake was my age, Sam was younger and thankfully I never hung out with that horse faced Dr Bryce. I do know that Bryce is no longer Chief Resident at Rush because he went to PV. I have an email from Rush confirming. I’m pretty sure Jake lost his job as well, but he may have resigned. Would he be able to look into the faces of the other doctors and nurses there again?? Doubt it.
He was always a pretentious hanger on, only at U of I he was a sorority hanger on lol. Such a douche lord, I’m glad I never hooked up with him. As for Cushing, it’s been wild to see the transformation take place - he used to be a good person, but the Spon Con and followers got to his head and corrupted his soul. I hope they see this and know that social media have them their powers and social media took them away. Abs won’t save them now. Fuck their apologies, it’s over for those hoes.

Thanks for the tea, but honestly I have a lot more questions about Sam after college. Like why did he leave his seemingly sweet consulting job? Did he move abroad out of his own will? Did his parents cut him off at some point, or are there other reasons he started this whole sponsorship deal thing to make money. Back in the days he didn’t seem to care about monetizing his following, so wondering what changed. Cuz if he really needs the income, then the associated loss of brand deals from this scandal can really hit where it hurts.
