It is absolutely policing. "Police" are defined as "having the duty to maintain law and order." Your intention was to police this forum with your message. If that original message personally offended you, you might consider responding on behalf of yourself as a means of personally appealing to other people as opposed to wielding some sort of imaginary moral authority over them ... for example, you might consider responding like this: "Haha, interesting comment. Speaking as a severely busted and insecure person, I am extremely sensitive to people being called busted in my presence. It reminds me of my own bustedness and I'm trying to avoid thinking about it as much as possible. Can we please refrain from calling people busted on this thread because I want to come here and masturbate to the free photos of non busted people that other people post. Thank you!"

Replying to my own post to say I was Wrong about this. I'm not sure if it was temporarily gone or if I was just not finding it for some reason but it's still there.
