That is a fake video, I've seen it 100 times. There are tons of videos like this all over the internet, you've just got to look harder.
I have seem people do this sort of thing, though not that extreme. I've seen men nail their penises to wooden boards and crosses, and suspend 20 pound weights from their already stretched out scrotums.
O well, I'll give this video a 8/10... Decent makeup FX, but crappy editing.
BTW, BME is awesome for piercings, nothing better than a cute girl being hung by hooks in her back.

No, this person fakes to cut his penis off pretty much at the base, then he proceeds to slice a fake pair of testicles off.

Thats not true. In the end both of these men still have their winkeys securely attatched. And even if they didnt they could just make up another fake one.
