First tie done. The spot I tied looks red, raw and angry, is that normal? When it heals will it return to a normal texture/color more or less? And how long did it take for it to heal for you?

I was in a hurry to take photos with only 1% battery!
***So I’m a little bitch and tried the needle and string through the skin routine and FUCK ME DID IT STING!
I couldn’t go through with it. Used ice pack and tired again… it bled but didn’t penetrate through the skin…. So I bought this BAD BOY!! Clamp the skin and the scissors lock tight, this way I can leave it clamped for a while until blood has separated and skin is thinned out, then I can run a needle through the slot!!!
And*** am I right with the “laser pen” that it can tidy up the runway of loose skin down my sharft?

all sounds 100% normal. Don't worry, It will all look perfectly normal when its done. From my experience (4 Ties) from start to 100% healed, account for two weeks
cannot contest to the clamp you have there but did you try numbing cream before you went for the poke? Makes the WORLD of a difference. As to your question regarding the plasma pen, yes, it will tidy up the "runway" quite nicely

Finally got around to doing this again and managed to get it to chew through I around 5 days. Unfortunately I don't think I did it deep enough as it still pulls on the head as before.
Tempted to go slightly deeper tomorrow...

Omg!!! I just bought a small tube of numbing cream and put a tiny dab on…. I was in a hurry so I quickly just did a poke with a needle just to see how much it would sting and to see if it works… Nothing!!… didn’t fill a thing!!!
I can actually move the needle up and down on the skin to get an exact puncture location without pain!!! Thanks heaps looks like I’m “knotting” my skin tonight!!

It shouldn't really hurt that much even without numbing cream. If it is then it sounds like the needle is probably quite blunt.
Ideally you should be using a new hypodermic needle each time with, nylon style, string. Pulling stranded thread through will be somewhat unpleasant.
All of the previously asked questions have been answered already in this thread. Why people don't read it all before embarking on what is, functionally, a major change to their penis I don't know.

Having to retie but deeper? Hoped I'd got it in one go but was also aware of doing it shallow as possible to minimise bleeding.
Wasn't exactly painless and had to psych myself up for what is essentially sticking a needle through the skin of my penis.
I used to have a too short frenulum too. I think over the years I already stretched it myself, both as a teenager but also in my twenties. It was kinda ok, but I never liked. Also when my cock was rock hard it was difficult to pull the foreskin back over the head.
After it had been damaged and bleeding twice in recent years, last year I decided I wanted it to be removed. It was a very simple painless procedure, and I really wished I had done it earlier. I can pull back the skin now SO easily. And when pulled back it just looks like a cut dick. I guess I’ve got benefits of both now: pulled back the clean look of a cut dick, but still the pleasure of having a foreskin.

I’m not sure what you’re doing. But I did it at the hospital (“frenulotomy”). It got sedated first and then they burned it away with some electricity thing. Smelled like bbq
But it was just a minute, or maybe even seconds. And after that it took a few weeks for the scar to heal.
Last tie I think I’ll ever need to do. Have been going a bit crazy the past week, done 3 ties back to back. I have marked with black dots where it started. This last tie was very deep and quite painful and hard to get the needle through the skin, it is right on the line that creases with the rest of my foreskin, so hopefully once it heals and the swelling goes down it will be uniform all around, and have no tug on the glans when pulled down.
That looks like it has worked extremely well. You've had to cut through a similar amount to what I had to. Now it just needs to heal.
By the looks of things you'll be able to jerk off and enjoy your new foreskin freedom in a couple of days. Sex will take a bit longer.
Do you think a plasma pen can help thin out/smooth down the residual frenulum once it fully heals? How does it look to you so far?
