Using PE?

over13inches: A lot of debate rages on & on about how effective PE is. I, myself have had great gains after finding a routine that suited me, but if you are using/have used PE, how are you fairing? Has anyone actually lost any size???? It'd be interesting to see how successful it is.

Simply take your current size and divide it by (100 x your original size) to get the percentage. If over the top level, what is your exact increase?

9" > 13.75" is not a 153% increase. A 9" dick that increases 153% would measure 22.77". You mean a 53% increase.

Took over 3 years - was a combination of a definate warm up, streches, flexes and jelqing with power jelqs later on.

Well, yeah, I do know what you mean. The only reason I mentioned it was because the numbers you have in your poll only apply to guys who have at least doubled their original size!

malito: Using the same style of pe that over13 used i have gained 32%. I grew from 4.75x4 to 6.5x5. It took me about two years.

skyclad01: new here, and would like to know what PE is (as well as stands for) and where i can learn about how to do this. Unlike the most of you, i am only about 6" hard. Though i am somewhat comfortable with my size, i would love to gain a few inches.
