I saw an interview with Dr Oz where he said that if you lose weight, your penis will appear bigger, or even mentioned actual length increase --- I don't exactly remember the specifics.

I know when women lose a lot of weight, they complain about their breasts getting smaller.

Has anyone lost a lot of weight and noticed an effect in their size? Smaller/Bigger?

Just curious. I am trying to lose weight (20 pounds) and i was curious what the general experience was. I think i'm focusing mostly on cardio. I don't really want to bulk up, but hope to slim down.

thanks!

For a few months last summer I ran actively, at least three miles a day..I lost about 40 lbs from running and it definitely made my penis appear bigger but it didn't actually grow. ..maybe if I kept working out it would have

Your penis doesn't actually get bigger, it's just that the pubic fat pad gets smaller, so more of your penis becomes visible.

That's why Studies (and us) measure bone-pressed, to eliminate variation in perceived size due to weight.

^^ What he says! ^^

Back in my late twenties and early thirties I weighed from 250 to 265 pounds with low body fat numbers, mostly muscle mass, but still more pad then than now. I now weigh right at 200 pounds and I definitely appear to be more hung even though my penis size hasn't changed at all.

I had to post because this happened to me. Lost around 50lbs a couple of years ago. My body completely changed. Cock too. More extended for sure, under an inch, but more :)

Have lost a great deal of weight in the last 18 months. I have noticed that my penis seemed longer and measured it. There was an increase in size due to the fat pad being smaller. Also, looking down on it without the stomach bulge it looked bigger.

that's great. i need ANY and ALL inspiration to get me motivated to go to the gym. and i think the promise of some kind of increase in size is the only thing that will get me motivated. :)

Getting to the gym is important, but controlling your diet will be the most important part. I recommend making diet and nutrition the most important part, and adding exercise if and when you can make time for it. My rationale is that you always have the means to control what you eat, but you sometimes (often, for me) cannot make time to exercise. I've been up and down with my weight a lot in my life. Lately the change from working in construction to a desk job has forced me to change my eating habits.
If you have no control over the kind of food that is prepared in your house, or if you live alone and rarely prepare food, you might investigate various intermittent fasting techniques, or study the caloric content of the prepared foods that you currently eat and prepare a rigid plan around what you can and cannot eat. When you are fasting it will make no difference what kind of food your partner prepares, or that you only have access to high calorie processed foods, because you won't be eating them.
And yes, the more weight you lose the bigger your cock looks. It's gratifying to see your big cock hanging from your lean body. Very satisfying. But remember, the goal is to reduce the stress on your heart, eliminate the harmful fat deposits that accumulate between your vital organs, and to live a better, longer life.
Good luck.

I lost 109lbs about 2 years ago. Have kept it off so far. Mostly I noticed that more of it became visible and it looked bigger by proportion to my body as well. I also noticed that my erection quality got better.

I totally agree. This is what happened to me.

thank you. you seem well informed. where can i go for good diet leaning up advice?

Gosh, just almost anywhere. Just make it a priority.
I watched a video last year called eat, fast, and live longer. You can google that. That show described a method of fasting 2 days a week (or restricting calories to 500 per day for those days) that some people are having very good luck with. Some do it every other day. This seems to be very helpful if you are around food a lot, or others who overeat. If you are fasting for a day you can justify never sitting down to eat with other people. This works pretty well.
Weight loss is slow. 1 or 2 pounds a week is good. Get used to that idea. This gives you plenty of time to get used to new eating habits.

Good luck.

Great advice!

i've been getting to the gym every day doing an hour on the treadmill jogging and walking intervals. my legs are exhausted. i'm limping around. some days i do an elliptical with resistance.

i took yesterday off and i'm still feeling fatigued in the leg thigh area. is there anything i can do to bounce back better? any supplements? i started a calcium magnesium supplement yesterday too.

Are you spending time stretching before and after your work outs. It may not seem important but it is. I'm not big into supplements, make sure you're eating clean and that you're getting the nutrients that you need. The myfitnesspal app is a place to start if you have a smart phone. You can get a basic nutrition table for all of the food that you eat every day. Celtic sea salt, potassium, and magnesium are things I make sure to get plenty of to keep away muscle cramps on top of stretching. I'd rather eat food to get what I need than to take a supplement if I can. I just think it's healthier.

If you take a supplement I'd recommend a whole food supplement.

I have documented this from the very beginning of my weight-loss plan and Yes this is all true I lost 20 pounds and gained exactly half an inch! I have another 20 pounds to lose to get down to 12% body fat. And I'm keeping the ruler handy, lol. This is very exciting true real penis enlargement. I can't wait to get my 7 1/2 inch penis back like I had when I was in my 20s!! 35 years old now. My plan is basically hit training eating smarter and weightlifting. Please for every chubby guy out there, try this will never go back. You'll never
look at other guys think I wish I had that cause you will have that.

thank you. that's good to know. i'm working on it as well and have been dieting for 3 weeks now. I am SLOWLY losing weight. It's amazing how fast the body puts on weight but how slow it is coming off.

I'm realizing that my body stores fat in the butt, thigh area mostly. i have really big thighs unfortunately. and while i'm very large erect, because of my thick thighs, it looks less impressive. it's a bummer. but certainly an inspiration to lose weight.

Since i've been on my weight loss program, i've noticed that my waist and stomach are slowly getting skinnier. i'm hoping once THAT fat goes away, my thighs will start to get thinner as well. I guess we all store body fat in different places. thank you for the inspirational tip!!!

that's right Atyourcervix10. I have the same issue fat bum / upper legs. And i'm finding it all comes down at the same rate. lost another 4 lbs since the first post here above yours. Still going strong. Have a look at the research on HIIT type of workouts, now these are true testosterone increasing, fat busting workouts!! and I'm getting leaner because of it!
