The Batignolles cercles de la Forme is not bad in that sense. It's not amazing but the showers are open and the men's changing room has its own sauna and steam room. Had a good time there last time
Would love to know about the current state of things at Neoness Bourse. Some people complained about indécent behaviour in men's locker room, the staff responded by "taking necessary measure" (for whatever it's worth). Is it still cruisy and hot ?
L'Usine is known for some decent action in sauna and hammam. The one at the Opéra is pretty hot, mostly fit gays (I never left without getting a fuck in the shower or at hammam).
The one at Saint Lazare has a more varied crowd and a less convenient hammam (it's just a rectangular room with nowhere to hide, so whatever goes is in front of you), but I had my fair share of hot encounters there (showers are quite big so great for full on fucking).
l'Usine Beaubourg is a different beast. It's a tiny gym that gets unbearably hot on summer (the have some serious air circulation issues), and it only has hammam (no sauna), but the public is the gayest of 3 and, if the stars are aligned just right, the hammam turns into a gang bang spot with everyone happy to join or just watch.

the other neoness are becoming a gay crusing in these days.. maybe because they can no longer to that at bourse.. but now every str8 guy that used to go naked in the open shower avoid doing it.. now str8 guys are unconfortable about it.. they are tourning every open shower in a cruising.. Luckily there are some exeptions that need to stay that way.

No hammam in Neoness it’s a low cost gym they don’t usually come with
