When getting a massage...

I have a massage therapist who comes to my house. I'm always nude and he doesn't mind my occassional boner.

Just had a massage with a sheet and blanket very lame with all the tucking and untucking. Next I had a massage with just the sheet lame too. I like a towel the smaller the better wash cloth size is perfect. I would go no draping but most LMT won't do it since it's not legal. I am sure if your with the same LMT for a long time then they might massage you nude.

With my license therapist, I'm nude with a sheet covering me.
With my unlicensed therapist, she massages me in the nude and gives me a happy ending.

Depends, on the massage, I go to a female sports massage therapist who actually is brutal but hurts so good. I am under a blanket and wearing underwear with her. I also go to a guy for relaxation massages and deep tissue, i am nude under a sheet with him and yes, do get hard from time to time and he likely notices - don't know how he couldn't. I have been told by massage therapists that boners happen pretty regularly and they just be professional to ignore it.

hey guys, first of all a Masseuse is Female a Masseur is Male.

As a qualified Masseur I give my clients the option of totally nude or underwear, draped or undraped. Oil gets everywhere so totally nude is better in my opinion and it lets my hands get where they need to be. the trick is to make sure the room is warm and comfortable enough for the client to go totally nude if desired.

Springing a boner is natural and it happens frequently, I can assure you. If 'it' gets in the way then you work round it but inevitably you will brush it with your fingers or elbows depending on the body area you are working on.

Totally nude is easiest given the use of oils and whatnot. I've gotten $5 massages from students at a massage school and they are usually most comfortable with a towel wrapped around the waist to begin with, but once they start trying to get at the small of the back or the hamstrings it is usually agreed that the towel is just in the way.

I tend to get my non-sexual massage at the sex club. Because there are hot guys waiting in the playroom, sexuality with the masseur never comes up. And this is interesting: the only time I popped wood was not with a near-brush with my nob, but when he half-spooned me while gripping my back.

Do the clients get clammy when they are completely exposed?

Always a masseur, usually nude, towels covering, occasional boners come and go. I've been going to this one therapist for 15 years, a mutual feeling of trust, very rewarding.
When choosing a new masseur (on a business trip, visiting another city or country), I always choose a masseur, for strength, and "compatibility" in the male-to-male contact.
