Depends, on the massage, I go to a female sports massage therapist who actually is brutal but hurts so good. I am under a blanket and wearing underwear with her. hey guys, first of all a Masseuse is Female a Masseur is Male.

As a qualified Masseur I give my clients the option of totally nude or underwear, draped or undraped. Oil gets everywhere so totally nude is better in my opinion and it lets my hands get where they need to be. the trick is to make sure the room is warm and comfortable enough for the client to go totally nude if desired.

Springing a boner is natural and it happens frequently, I can assure you. If 'it' gets in the way then you work round it but inevitably you will brush it with your fingers or elbows depending on the body area you are working on.

Totally nude is easiest given the use of oils and whatnot. I've gotten $5 massages from students at a massage school and they are usually most comfortable with a towel wrapped around the waist to begin with, but once they start trying to get at the small of the back or the hamstrings it is usually agreed that the towel is just in the way.
