A. Use the fly with boxers and pants or jeans that zip - mostly at urinals. I don't wear jeans or pants at home.
C. When wearing boxers with gym shorts, simply lift the right leg up of both the gym shorts and the boxers simultaneously. Works great!
D. For sweatpants or track pants, grab the elastic waistband of both your pants and your boxers, drop 'em, and let it rip.
