I've used chat rooms for a long time, since 96, I've seen it time after time but I still can't work out what they get from it, it's sad because I can only think they're doing it to make the friends they wouldn't be able to as themselves, but it's self defeating, and if you can fake being interesting surely you are interesting.

I got that vibe too. There are many people on this site who I avoid because I know they'll be outed then likely disappear. I am willing to forgive, but to a point. Swimmerlad came clean about his photos and that's cool in my book. It's the people who create a complete facade that bother me, "I'm a 25-year-old chemical engineer/model with an 11 inch cock and girls fall all over me. BRB this bitch is sucking me off right now." These types can often be spotted from their names; If I'm in chat and some guy named hugecollegestud messages me then I automatically ignore them, especially if they haven't posted.
I go to lpsg and cam a little now and then under my username, people usualy freak out when I say my age......I'll be 50 in march. Have a hard time sometimes convincing people in person as well. This may have nothing to do with what is being said in this thread......but it pisses me off a little, and in certain situations.....is embarrassing.

I've read through this entire thread and am very disappointed with what I'm reading 'bout Damian. I actually liked him, folks. He was never mean-spirited (like some of the so-called non-posers on LPSG) and fun to 'play' with in the threads.
I do agree that he's got some 'splaining to do and hope he takes the time to respond.
In the end, folks, this is the internet. Many of the folks here do NOT present themselves in an honest fashion, just like in the Real World. I give everybody many chances to make good but in the end it's up to them to come clean and up to me to decide if that's enough.
The irony is, to paraphrase Monster, that some of the loudest posters are just as fake... you know who you are.
