and are pretty exact about it, especially with girth, are you for the most part guessing or have you actually measured?

For me, it's guess work. I've only measured 2 and that's because they asked me to.

Guessing for the most part although a couple I've measured, it's often said that women have a poor idea of size, I have a really good grasp of size, my ex husband who was a builder and should have known better than I did would often ask me to estimate certain measurements when he was doing stuff around the house because he knew my grasp of measurements was extremely good.

The only dicks I measured were my ex husbands who was 6 and a half, and my ex bf who was normally eight and a half but could stretch to a tiny bit under 9 when we were being extraordinarily filthy
