Its something ive experienced first hand a few times and all i can say is its sort of random when it does happen.

It typically is just dudes being horny dudes, sometimes alcohol or other substances are in play, sometimes its been a minute since youve gotten off and the horny just gets to you, sometimes it starts as joking around and just gets to that point, sometimes its just young bored dudes.
