I picked Germany about ten pages back, and I would agree with your list and I expect at least one more upset before the semi finals. Germany will be the most consistent team, the others can have a bad day on the wrong day and that will then be that for them.

I think all of the Jap players should be allowed to elbow the ref in the head once each after the way he called that match... He kept giving the Jap players yellow cards for inadvertent handballs, and kept looking the other way as Paraguayan players purposefully elbowed Jap players in the head on jump balls several times.
