Second, you have no proof that he isn't still being promiscuous. He just may not be posting it any longer. He could literally be visiting the gay bathhouses all over Japan of which there are plenty.
And lastly as I stated before over the last few years he has been having some issues and needs to find people in his life that can help him. I'm not obsessed with him. I feel bad that no one is helping him.
