Anthony Weiner

He didn't hide from the questions last night on Rachel Maddow.

He most certainly did!

I just watched the Rachel Maddow interview, and Rep. Weiner still would not deny that the pic was his.

When Rachel flat out asked him whether the photo was him or not, his stuttered responses were things like "The photograph doesn't look familiar to me" and "It may be a photograph of me that was doctored or manipulated.. I can't say for sure."

Hardy har har...

What's so difficult about replying YES or NO to this direct question?

That, my friend, is hiding from the truth. If Weiner was completely innocent, then his answer would have been "NO" and there would be NO STORY.

He has admitted that there are indeed photos of a sexual nature in existence. Just 'fess up and put this whole situation to rest. He has really muddled up his political future.

Watch it again and this time listen. He dismissed it off with a joking response before going into his explanation around the 4:00 to 4:30 mark.

He explained it the way he felt necessary given the circumstances he finds himself in, which most likely includes information from sources not even you or I know about.

If is answer would have been "NO", there would still be a pseudo-story since it doesn't explain how and why his Twitter account was hacked, nor would any of his political opponents allow the story to die. Let's not get naive here. On top of this, metadata has proven that the photo was not sent from the usual sources that Weiner uses to update his social networking connections, and Brietbart already got the story wrong from the get-go about the receiver of the photo being a "mistress". I could go on, but whatever... everyone wants high profile people to be caught in some kind of sex scandal so I can understand why you're willing to give a judgement of guilt already.

Big flap about New York politician Andrew Wiener have his account hacked, and a photo of his crotch sent to a college student. He has'nt denied its him, instead he has gotten nervy about it. Has anyone seen it and can share the pic?

There's actually nothing "lewd" about the photo. It's the whole fact that it was sent to someone nearly half the man's age that has everyone wrapped in such lunacy. The media (and those hungry for more dirt) are making this seem like it's a triple rated spread from Bang Brothers or something. If that photo is "crude", then Brietbarf and the rest of his cronies should see what some of our own members place on their profiles.

I find his political outbursts annoying and I do think he seeks attention. Having said that I also think is cute in an odd way. I would do him. LOL

No. You listen. I heard it right the first time. He didn't deny the pic was his. That's my point. A simple answer of yes or no to a direct question? It didn't happen.

In other words ... vague. Again, not direct.

I just read that Mr. Weiner has admitted that sexually explicit photos of him do exist, saying "There are photographs of me in the world, yes."

When asked if the crotch shot in question was of him, his response was "You know, I can’t say with certitude. My system was hacked. Pictures can be manipulated, pictures can be dropped in and inserted."

Has the man taken so many pictures of his private areas that he is unable to discern whether the pic is his or not? Most men would recognize a picture they took of their member. Just sayin'.

That being said, I believe it's quite possible that someone else hacked into his twitter account and sent the pic, especially since Mr. Weiner already admitted that his facebook account was compromised a few weeks ago.

So why didn't he admit that the pic was his in the first place? Because he is a politician with something to hide.

I guess the so-called "honest approach" doesn't always work, especially when you are lying.

Figured that since this was breaking news......

I wonder if he's hung....looks like it based on the Twitter pic

...LPSG challenge????

politicians beware.....you will be caught! the media is everywhere.

....nonetheless.....i did enjoy weiner's weiner!

I think the body shots are hot and if that IS the Weiner weiner, it's ALL good. Why don't people leave the guy alone and let him show it off? Aren't we a bit uptight here in the old US of A??
