Got it done due to some tightness - it wasn't anything major and didn't cause me any huge issues, I just always hated how it looked and so finally bit the bullet and got it done!

It's never too late to get circumcised. I had an uncle who had to get circumcised because of a medical situation. He was a senior citizen when he got circumcised. I was 35 y o when I had it done.
