Question.....how is it that I look at some guys in sweatpants and they show no bulge?!?! Anything I do won't prevent the fact I have a penis but you look at some guys and there's no bulge.

I think it's because I'm quite skinny and both my penis and my balls hang pretty low between my legs, I don't show a bulge. It all rather hangs other than be up and front to create the bulge
That's why I like wearing underwear with a front pouch that gives me the support and as a bonus, a nice looking bulge.

Agreed. This is one of a number of factors that contribute to guy looking smaller or larger than he actually is.

I don't get the need to hide a bulge either. I understand that you wouldn't try do make it bigger, if you have a large package, but why squeezing it? Having a dick and balls is part of nature, like women with their breasts, and no one is shocked because you can tell they're there through the cloths.
I myself never tried to conceal my bulge, but always thought it wasn't that big to show. In more recent years, I've come to find that my rather large hanging balls do make for a nice bulge, especially with current styles of pants in men's fashion. I don't force it to show, but I enjoy the fact that it is quite noticeable

Exactly & compression garments are unhealthy to wear daily. No air flow down there when wearing 3 pairs of underwear trying to hide. Fuck that

...I embrace any bulge show I get. Oddly enough, a big dicked friend of mine wears his pants baggy or pleated to conceal any bulge. It truly makes him uncomfortable.
