It's not much of a bulge, but it's noticiable. More so when I wear my dress pants to work because they are more snug in the croth. As for pervi- er, that is 'searching' for bulges on guys, It's never really that noticeable unless they're wearing tights. Sometimes when they're sitting down it might look like the crotch of the pants is bunched up giving the illusion of size, maybe sometimes vice-versa. Other than guys in tight speedo swimmers and male ballet dancers, i don't think it's ever really been apparent to me

i guess mines not somuch a bulge but an outline of my penis, when i wear pants that are a little on the tighter side it shows. I supose with breifs it wouldent show as much but with boxers it just hangs there, not shur how I feel about it being seen.
