Present Routine w/pump and stretch
This may seem like a repeat of the previous post and it is to a point. It is my present routine plus I have add 30 minutes Head Pumping, 20 minutes Ball pumping, Aided V-Stretch, and Aided Inverted V-Stretch.
You might say "Ho-Hum" and I would too about the head and ball pumping but the V-Stretches are different. The ligs at the pubic bone and top of the penis really get sore which to me indicate a breakdown(division) of the cells hopefully creating new growth. I have illustrated v-stretches previously so will only describe the variations.
Aided V-Stretch - This is the standard aided v-stretch as described in previous post with an added twist. Once dowel is placed and stretch is started, hunch as if flexing the ass cheeks. I suggest flexing 50 times per set which will take about 1 minute. The hunch creates an extra tug with each flex but not a sustained pull. I try to do at least 6 sets per day and it "does" make the ligs sore. Ive only been doing this about 16 days and am anxious to see if I get any gains.
Aided Inverted V-Stretch - Again, standard stretch as described in previous post. Once dowel is in place an stretch is started, kegel. Again, I suggest 50 kegels per set. As with previous stretch, I try to do 6 sets per day. Ive only been doing this one about 7 days. I dont feel it is as affective as the stretch above.
This is probably my last post for a few weeks and will also have to stop PEing til I get back. Heading to Fla. and a 7 day cruise. Video is attached.
