Just to keep it quick since I've got work having two people living in one bedroom and both working from home is a lot for any relationship. That’s why they got the new place so they’re not on top of each other all the time. They’ve said multiple times that people have been using fake profiles of them to get nudes from others. If you see one, it’s fake. Just report it.

That seems ridiculous and unnecessarily expensive (especially in Boston) to rent/purchase a secondary place and furnish it so both parties can comfortably work from home. They couldn’t get a two or three bedroom place to have separate home offices?

I understand that Nick comes from wealth and could probably afford this. But, nobody sane does the above lol

The most parsimonious explanation for the separate apartments is that they aren’t together anymore. Perhaps they amicably separated, but with Dan’s theatrically cryptic posts on instagram about being selective with people in his life, who knows.

Nick answered this in the comments when he said that they were buying a barn and looking for a house to buy that he bought the apartment in Boston and he wasn't selling it.
