I'm cut very tightly but I never use lube, it's messy and it kind of "trains" your glans to be rubbed harshly so when you fuck you don't feel anything after a while. I just pull the skin on the shaft, it cannot touch the head because it's too tight but it gets me off in a pretty timely manner so I'm fine with it.

Pretty much the same for me. I am too tight to get my skin anywhere near to covering my glans (can barely touch my corona it I pull it), so normally just move the shaft skin up and down the tiny bit that it does move. I avoid lube and I avoid touching my glans. My index finger lands somewhere over the area where my frenulum would have been and I find that stimulating that area gets me off really well.
I agree on avoiding any glans stimulation during masturbation. I feel it would desensitise it too much for sex. Direct head stimulation is reserved for my girlfriend’s vagina or mouth and it’s bliss when it happens.

I suppose if you are uncut you grab the foreskin and slide it up and down over the glans, which might not be possible with most circumcisions. I for one got cut tightly 5-6 years ago and had to adjust my technique somewhat (you probably don’t realise that unless you’ve been both), but from a purely practical perspective, the sensation I feel as well as the orgasm is very much the same as before. I suppose we all gravitate towards the optimal technique and go with that, cut or not.
