Most guys who don’t really put much thought into the internet-approved method of dick measuring will measure with the ruler to the side of the penis instead of on top, which as you noted will add about an extra inch to the measurement. I don’t think it’s anymore complicated than that. I wouldn’t call him a liar.

Well… I don’t think he photoshopped his dick. Instead, I measured him in comparison to his closed fist you can see in the photo.

Assuming that he has a bit larger than average hands (he’s 6ft), I estimated the length of his closed fist to be at around 3.7 inches.

I used iPhone’s ruler option in the markup and put the arbitrary number of 3 for his fists, meaning that 3 equals to 3.7 inches. Following that, I did the same for his dick and measured it in proportion of his fist. I had to use the underside of his dick (which from what I understand isn’t accurate as it gives you length you can’t use) but that’s what I had, and it came up with the arbitrary number of 6.5

Now, through maths:

3 = 3.7
6.5 = x
3x = 24.05
x = 8.01 inches, x being his dick.

Now I’m aware that his hands might be massive but I don’t think they’d be that much larger than average, so this is one assumption I’ve made. The second ‘mistake’ is that I used the underside of his dick so that might give him some extra length he can’t use.

Overall, he for sure has a big dick but it’s not 9 inches. Please tell me if I’ve made some kind of error and I spoiled the results.

He’s right, and honestly, it’s worse. OP is so scared about an INCH of dishonesty, while meanwhile COMPLETELY betraying the trust and privacy of the person whose picture they posted without consent or permission. Beyond hypocritical.

I think that's a bit of a stretch. The photo, after all, does not include face or other identifying marks such as tattoos.

As for betraying the guy by posting his picture. Well, there's no way to identify him. You on the other hand post facial pictures of your girlfriend making her easily identifiable. Have you secured her consent and written permission?

Might be so. In that case, men should learn not to. Sure, it doesn't matter if you're rounding up a tad. But if guys claim ridiculous numbers, it's a telltale for us. If I claimed to be a 6' blonde everybody would laugh. If a guy claims double digits, it's kinda okay.... It's just porn inches and an inability to place the ruler properly.

Of course lying about an inch isn't a big deal but if a guy can be honest about his size, he's probably honest about most other things.

I am really happy to see Tiny Princess back on this site - I think the World is a better place for her being in it (and certainly LPSG is) she is opiniated, sensible, strong and articulate - quite a combo. She was a "National Treasure" when she was in the UK - I guess she is now an "International Treasure" since she hit Denmark.
