You'd be surprised as to how small both the "gay" and the "fitness" circles are in Tokyo.

You meet one and then all of a sudden, you're connected to everyone in the community. Most of these porn stars that appear frequently in the list, I would have already met and/or have them in my own socials - that's how tight knit people are.
