What I remember from it was the stopwatch guy stalking some guy going home to his apartment and then 'freezing time' just as he's about to enter the apartment. He continues to turn the time on and off, so you would get instances where he puts his dick in the guy's mouth and then starts time again, and the guy acts bemused suddenly seeing a dick in front of him and then freezing time again when he's about to react. One of the other scenes was with a plumber, and the other was in an office.
