Not by official means. COAT stuffs purchased from the official site can only be played through their special player app in order to prevent piracy. You can still download them.. exclusively on that special player app of course, not as an MP4 file. They're also DRM protected unlike other platforms such as MEGA HUNK-Ch, Men's Rush.tv, FC2, etc. So if you see one being shared out there freely in the wild, it's either the ninjas used their ninjutsu on it, or taken out their physical release.
