At the same time, there are several relevant questions that I don't know (nor intend to use my time searching for) the answers:
・What about self-managed work like onlyfans?
・Is it possible to make a long-term contract that says the model will shoot up to this many hours a month without specifying actual dates or shooting details?
・What happens if the model is hired as an employee at the film company? Do they still need separate contracts for each shooting?
・What happens if the model is in the director board of the company? I'm pretty sure some of the uncles are not just regular performers being paid on a per scene basis.
So who knows, right? Maybe there are some ways out for models who perform on a very steady basis, but I honestly don't know.
We should get Hiroya or the Samoari boys interviewed about it, lol.
