Jogging

I did my first 20 minute-Straight jog the other day! I'm pretty proud of myself, especially because I could barely do a 5 minute jog at the beginning of the year. I feel unstoppable!!! Until next time...

How many people here jog and how often?

I like to jog/run, I do it twice a week. Could be anything between 5k and 25k. When I started jogging around 7-8 years ago I usually did 5k. I really like doing it, it somehow clears my mind.

Interesting! Do you prefer jogging in the morning, midday, or at night?

Usually midday or late midday. It also depends a bit on the weather of course. When it's hot, I tend to go as late as possible, preferably just before sunset. And never directly after eating

It's always relaxing going at night for me. Maybe it's because it is summer and any other time is extremely hot lol

So you jog around when everyone else is asleep?
I guess in Alabama heat is more of an issue than here in Amsterdam (although we've had temperatures close to 100F here the last feew days)
