Edit: Thinking about the physics of it all here; the PC muscles of the vagina are at the bottom 1/3 of the vaginal barrel (close to the entrance). If that area cramps up enough, it could end up behaving like a cock ring and engorge the penis even more. In other words, the penis won't ever have the chance of going flacid (one of the aruments against penis captivus)

OK, here is something a little different, I do something I call tubing (see gallery). I hope you don't take the wrong way, but could it be the lack of lubrication after your orgasm?

My wife's had a hysterectomy and we have to rely on the bottled lube constantly (she produces some, but not enough to prevent the soreness). I believe it is possible, I have experienced just how strong vaginal muscles can be.
