I think the main reason we don't see him in the tight boxer briefs or compression shorts is because he really doesn't want to present himself as a sex symbol as many others do on purpose.
Cause there's a big difference between someone wanting to show off their fitness journey progress and to help others with their fitness journey as well.
Compared to the guys who could really care less about all that, but would rather use their hot bodies as sex symbols to gain more likes, followers, and of course money. With or without an onlyfans. Dirk is just one of those innocent nice guys who doesn't have the sex symbol mindset. At least not yet
