For the past week i've been having very moist nipples. I squeezed them and no milk comes out of them so I don't think i'm pregnant. I believe it can also be a sign of breast cancer. Cancer runs in my family.....everybody dies from it. My mom died in her 30's from breast cancer and it seems as though each generation gets it younger. I did the self exam and I felt nothing. I thought long and hard again about me possibly being pregnant.....i dont think I am. I've been on different methods of birth control since I was 17.....hasn't failed me yet. I'm having unprotected sex but currently on a IUD and its higly effective. My family would die if I was pregnant! Could there be some other explanation why my nipples are getting moist besides the two listed above? What is your opinion on the situation?

And oh, that boyfriend of mine kinda dumped me today. I hope he isnt doing it to get around valentines day....but that's another story.

But anyway, tell me what you think.-Just said that in my very calm voice....keep it together Rommette.....keep it together....
Thanks!

Go see a doctor!
At least he will be able to give ou proper advice.
The Internet is no place for diagnosis.

Oh dear GOD! Go to the fucking doctor, you moron!!!! You are in college, there has to be an infirmary or nurses office on campus.

And another thing, what kind of moron has condomless sex in this day and age? Yeah, the IUD will protect you from pregnancy, but it doesn't do a damn thing to protect you from syphillis, gonorrhea, herpes, Chlamydia, PID, HPV, or HIV, etc.

And oh, that boyfriend of mine kinda dumped me today. I hope he isnt doing it to get around valentines day....but that's another story.
1) He was never really your boyfriend he was your booty call. :duh:
2) Good riddance to bad rubbish! That man was a waste of your time. I'm tired of hearing you whine about his sorry, pathetic ass.

Agreed. A doctor will have the real answers to your questions. With your family history, it would be wise to get a mammogram at the earliest appearance of a worrying sign. Plus, you'll brighten someones day by letting them get a feel of those!

Since you are a student, you can go to the health service about it since you have the family history. But as it says on this thread, nipples can get moist just from stimulus.

If it's hormones, try eating yams. It's a natural remedy, along with soy.

Like this woman I have insurance issues....they won't cover ANY specialist costs. I have no doctor here I can go to.....i go to school instate but a few hrs away. The health services office charges for EVERYTHING. Nobody goes there for that reason....besides, haven't you heard of the blizzard we've been going through since last week? I tried squeezing something out of them.....doesn't work. And my nipples weren't stimulated for over a week.

You may have just found out that you have sweat glands on or near your nipples?
Now that would be weird.......but better than being pregnant or having breast cancer

we both were clean (we were having sex since 2008) and since i'm on birth control we saw very little risk. IUD's are more effective at birth control than condoms.

I think it is too soon to panic.

It would be unusual for a breast cancer to develop in both breasts at the same time and affect them in the same way.

You did say nipples - pleural - correct me if I am wrong.

I know from your previous thread you have to go back to Maryland to get checked out because of your insurance.
I think they closed Baltimore until further notice.

Scrounge together the money and see a doctor. There are usually free options somehow, someway. You need closure on this.

You use the IUD for birth control
Condom for STD protection.

Most of us men are not to be trusted when it comes to sex.
We think with our penises.

Mmm, yeah but the way he treated you, not introducing you to family or friends as his girlfriend is very telling. I'm not sure I would believe that you were the only one he was having sex with under those circumstances. :frown1:

Jesus. It's always something with you, isn't it?

Why are you having unprotected sex? That's just stupid. Start using protection.

If you think you might have cancer, go to the doctor. It doesn't matter how much it costs. JUST DO IT.

This is why I don't date black women.

Yeah but how can you be 100% sure he is not screwing around with a girl...or a guy on the side.

What school do you go to? I went to two different universities and never had to pay anyhing to use the student health center. It was covered by student fees my parents paid.

Wally who you date is definitely your choice but do not assume that all black women are the same. Rommette is young and I has been making some interesting choices but I hope that some of them do not kill her. You know, when I think about it who knows if you arentyou doing black women one of the biggest favors they ever experienced....

[HIV enters thread] Rommette WTH?! You making the sistas look bad on the big penis forum. 1. Get a job with some insurance. 2. Buy, stock, and use condoms. 3. Nipple discharge is normal. If it is painful, bloody, or smelly, go to the doctor. 4. Where do you live that the is no indigent clinic or $50 doc-in-the-box???

Well,

I hope you made your girl's night out with your female friends. You may be in the house with the looks of this weather. But be glad he is gone. You do not need anyone who treats you as he did and you definitely dont need to expose your self to possible life long damage by having unprotected sex with him. As for your nipples, try to be calm and make and appointment with your gyno as soon as possible. It could possibly just be a hormonal response but better to have it checked out. Be happy, Rommette.

I am sorry that you are afraid, and hurting. I hope you'll consider using condoms in conjunction with you IUD. I hope you'll meet and appreciate the kind of man who would be able to be there for you in times of worry like this in the future. I also hope you'll go see a doctor. A good doctor will help you calm yourself, as well as determine if there is a need for concern.
