Well I just turned 50 and its getting worse with age. And by age I mean I get harder and it stays harder all night. wow, well mine never gets to the point where the blanket hurts it, but I can definitely relate to the hard-ons that there is absolutely nothing sexually pleasurable about and is in no way related to sexual desire. I hated having partners who would stroke me in the middle of night because they felt like my erection was permission. It would usually frighten and overwhelm me and not feel good at all.
