Everyone probably knows it (given its contribution to the popularity of podcasts), but I really enjoyed season 1 of Serial: Serial: Season Two

I think that's the only one I've listened to. I have a whole bunch on my "to do" list, but I still need to get around to them.

I did enjoy listening to Garrison Keillor tell stories back when he was on the air. Not exactly the same thing, but he was a really gifted storyteller.

I'm hooked on This American Life, Snap Judgement, Wait Wait Don't Tell Me, and The Moth.

I cancelled Sirius XM because either NPR or one of those podcasts are playing in my car.

Astonishing legends -- great chemistry between 2 guys delving deep into various myths and stories/events. Try the black eyed kids series, one of my faves! Mothman series, too. Fyi, these are LONG

Lore -- obvi. "I'm Aaron Mahnke . . . and THIS is Lore." Great stories. Check out the 6 episode Prime series. Be warned, he weaves a charming tale but some of this shit is DARK. The changeling episode for instance

Magnus archives -- fictional mythical story. Awesome. Better than Tanis, IMO.

Fatal voyage -- new series about natalie woods death

Found -- podcast about found items and stories behind them.

All killa no filla -- cute humorous take on serial killers presented by 2 women

Generation why -- hard crime

Sword and scale -- hard crime

Rabbits -- cute fictional story as told by a woman a la the polybius video game conspiracy

History of alchemy -- into alchemy? This is cool stuff

Thinking sideways -- no longer making any episodes but great repository

And speaking of Tanis. Ok, I liked Tanis. At first. Then it just devolved into Nic being all like "really?" and "wow" and MK being like abrupt and dismissive. SO many tangents that I quit in season 4, come on Nic, buck it up, WHAT THE HELL IS TANIS ANYWAY

I really enjoy “How To Be Amazing with Michael Ian Black”. New episodes come out every two weeks or so. It’s an interview type show, so your enjoyment might vary depending on the guest.
