Runners?

I started running three days a week at the beginning of summer to burn off some unwanted fat storage.

I usually wear gym shorts with the underwear I have on in my avatar and no shirt or a t-shirt depending on the weather.

Getting motivated to go is more difficult than keeping going when I get winded. Good luck to you
Yeah, that first step out the door is always the hardest. Once im out there, it becomes the best therapy in the world

It's especially hard during these dark days, I like to have something to see outside :)

Yeah i have to go at sundown. Sometimes its only a one and done
Same here, I have like 30 minutes of proper daylight to go after working from home. I can only do long runs in the weekend at the moment.

I run 3/4 times a week, always in the morning, rarely on consecutive days as I find that's the easiest way to pick up a niggle. One longer run of 12-15k and usually two 7/8k runs and if I do a fourth run it's a faster 5k. Generally double layered shorts with inner compression layer and a t-shirt, but on the colder winter days I layer up with tights and a long-sleeved top. Also cycle 1-2 times a week usually.

I hope to be able to have the same frequency and amount of km's a week, but I usually only can do that in the brighter half of the year :D

So dec 31, i completed my second run streak of a year. Its running at least a mile every day. These winter days are a lot of one and done's. I also push weights every other day. I have a bad back and it seems to help. My last streak was 741, before i got the covid we will see how far this one goes. Its definitely chilly here in the Northeast, tights and matching shirt.

Yeah it's definitely much more fun in summer! Fortunately I have plenty of pavements/sidewalks to run on around me, but I only cycle at the weekend in the light during these darker months - way too many bad drivers around.

Yeah it's pretty safe here thankfully, many cycling paths and I live in a quiet part of Amsterdam. But I still find it very hard to go when it's dark, which it unfortunately always is before and after work during the week. I like to look around and have something to see when running :D

I could be your running mate.

Also runners mean the shoes itself not running or a jog. Runners is the wrong word
It doesn't matter if you run , sprint, or jog. You just jave to be willing to get out there. We all have different paces. I may not set records but I am still faster then everyone one the couch;)

Just did a run in the snow for the first time this winter
