Well it's obvious poor Sam hasn't discovered the Ponce de Leon fountain either. I think Sam Jones, like a lot of other aging celebrities (Tom Jones) are moving the curser line up on their birthdates as they get older; 1950 sound much more reasonable.

I remember sneaking a look at that issue of Playgirl at the magazine rack of the little rural market where my school bus dropped me off on the way home. This was the early 70's.... and I remember that his name in that Playgirl issue was Andrew Cooper III.

I just looked it up, and there's a wikipedia on Jones that says, and I quote
