It appears that everyone here telling you it didn't happen isn't enough for you, so let's examine this further. You seem to be alleging that Jess bottomed for Peter. Here is the photoset and comments section for said scene:

As you can see from that link, there is no written or visual proof that Jess bottomed in said scene.

Furthermore, if there is one SC fanboy on this planet, it is the infamous Zack from S8GP -- If Jess bottomed, he would put it as a major headline, in all capital, bold letters in 124 size font. Let me know if you ever find said article because it almost certainly would exist if Jess bottoming happened like you allege.
