Hey guys. 190 pounds here and 5’9. Was hoping to get some opinions on my body if you think I’m big or small. Was wondering if you think I should continue to bulk or start cutting weight. I think I look better with a shirt on at this weight and would like to put on another 5-10 pounds of muscle before cutting but want some opinions in general for what to work on. Thanks! And yes my thighs have always been huge haha C7113DC2-CCEA-4EFB-A193-D8C414F21972.jpeg

You look great already. You could bulk up and then cut in time for next summer. If you want thinner thighs, I’m sure that’s possible.

Looks pretty good. Good sized shoulders, biceps are big enough for whatever.
I'd work on developing a stronger, more muscular core before you cut. Squats, deadlifts, overhead presses--basically anything that engages your whole body. Then cut.

Personally, I've been waiting for the right time to cut for about 12 years and never quite seem to get there.

I would create some mass on your chest. Your arms and shoulders look really good, much bigger then your chest. Could be a bad picture.

I’m your height. I used to be 190. I was 205 at one point. You should be cutting. People our height shouldn’t really be 190. You will actually look way bigger if you lose 20lbs. I’m 170 now. I look better and feel better. Plus 5-10lbs of muscle would take at least a year to put on under optimal conditions. But if your goal isn’t aesthetics, I was definitely stronger when I was fat. So do what makes you happy. That’s the only way you’ll stick with it

So you guys are telling me to cut and bulk lol. Which one is it??
You're in the body fat range where you look better with with a shirt on. If you wear a lot of fitted shirts or tank tops I would definitely cut because your body fat levels is above 15%.

Ahh makes sense. So you wouldn’t recommend wearing fitted shirts until I cut but in general look more bulky with regular shirts.

@SoCalguy1991 , your most recent pic shows that you have a pretty damn good build. If you were to cut to get your bodyfat level below 15%, you'd look fine as fuck, simply because the drop from your pecs to your waste, and then the flair out to your quads, would really stand out.
When you have a big gut, you need that much more bigger pecs and quads.
