Sexual orientation is made up of three independent parts: identity, desire, and behavior. We'd think that those all have to line up with each other, but they often don't.
Most men have a strong personal self-image of heterosexuality. Many of those men can watch all kinds of porn, including totally gay porn, get highly turned on, and still find themselves desiring sex with women only. And their personal sex life is made up of MF interaction only.
But other men, who still have a str8 personal identity mix the other two elements in other ways. They sometimes desire both men and women, but only act on their desires with women. They sometime only desire women, but still occasionally have MM sex, as in the old "a blow job is a blow job no matter who is giving it."
And, of course, we've known since Kinsey that most men have a certain fluidity over time. They experience some level of desire for men at some point in their lives, and they have some sexual contact with other men at some point in their lives. Yet most still think of themselves as basically straight.
None of this has anything to do with gay vs. straight. I'm not speaking at all of men with bi or gay sexual identities, of which, of course, there are many in this world including me.
So in answer to the OP's question, it isn't really the "input" that matters. What you watch doesn't determine who you feel you are, what you desire, or what you do. Straight men can watch gay porn and still be straight. If they still feel str8, feel desire for women, and act on their desires with women, even the most fastidious taxonomist would still agree that they are totally straight. (As in a Kinsey "0")
But, if they find gay porn arouses desire for men, and want to act out with men. That is a different story. Then they should PM me immediately...
