I am uncut and my head used to be very sensitive. A few months ago I started to keep my foreskin retracted and this has definitely made a difference. When I first fully retracted my foreskin the head was super sensitive that the first time I cleaned under the hood I could've described the sensation as pain. Over the years it has become more desensitised and I can comfortably touch or rub it without feeling any discomfort. from my own experience (pre cut days) and playing with some uncut, the glans when uncut is way too sensitive as a general rule. Foreskin and especially frenulum removal gave me a new level of stimulation, endurance & cum control, and awesome glans action when jerking off post cut. I think circumcision is honestly just a cosmetic procedure but in my experience a slightly less sensitive glans is a big win. So from that prospective i think circumcision is fucking awesome. but all cocks are great and fun!
